INVITATION
TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENTS (NAIS)
The Management Board of NAIS, pursuant to Article 26 of the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities (LNPLE), convenes a regular General Assembly on May 29, 2025, at 14:00, Venue: Sofia, 26 Vratsa Street, with the following agenda:

Approval of the annual financial report for 2025.

Approval of the activity reports of the NAIS ADR Center for 2024 under Article 181zh, and for 2023 and 2024 under Article 181u of the Consumer Protection Act.

Other current matters.
All members of the association are invited to attend in person or through an authorized representative. Registration of participants for the assembly begins at 13:30. In the absence of quorum, pursuant to Article 27 of the LNPLE, the meeting will be held the same day at 15:00, at the same location and with the same agenda.
