NAIS management trains representatives of commercial companies in the European training program for SME- Consumer Law Ready

On September 15 and 16, 2021, the Chairman of the Board of NAIS, Mr. Bogomil Nikolov and the Executive Director of NAIS, Ms. Svilena Nasalevska, trained representatives of trade companies under the ConsumerLawReady program. The two trainers introduced to the attendees the requirements for traders for pre-contractual information, the right to guarantees, complaints and waiver of consumer transactions, the specifics of concluding distance contracts - online or off-site, unfair commercial practices and unfair terms in contracts, some news related to the 2019 directives, 770 and 771, regarding digital information requirements and the sale of goods and services, as well as our main topic, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ADR).

The training was conducted online, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues of concern to them on the topics presented.

Consumer Law Ready is a European program for training small and medium enterprises in the field of consumer law. Through it, business representatives can be trained on the most important requirements for them, related to their work with users, as well as to prepare their own trainers on this topic.
