NAIS ACADEMY: What happened at the first webinar of NAIS Academy?

Attention: The webinar, described below is held in Bulgarian language and is based on the Bulgarian legislation.

We are pleased to announce that the first webinar of our online school for good commercial and consumer practices, NAIS Academy, was held with great success on 28.01.2021.

Attorney-at-law Ognyan Varadinov introduced us in detail to:

  • Legal nature of the warranty, liability for defects and the right to complain;
  • The scope of the various types of contracts;
  • The grounds for the occurrence of the warranty liability;
  • The rights of the consumer and the obligations of the trader in the sale of goods and in service contracts;
  • The specifics and content of the commercial guarantee;
  • Made a comparison between a legal and a commercial guarantee.

 

The Director of the General Directorate "Market Control" in the CPC, Ignat Arsenov, introduced us to the types of consumer disputes, methods to resolve them, as well as some of the most common cases on the subject in the Consumer Protection Commission.

The participants had the opportunity to ask questions. Our lecturers responded kindly to all of them.
