Who made the site of NAIS Academy?

You are probably impressed that the site is in the colors of NAIS. Its design and production is by our incredible partners from Studio Kipo, who also developed the first in Bulgaria online platform for resolving consumer disputes. We can safely say that this is an innovative tool for alternative dispute resolution, at a very high level, with functionalities that provide us with extremely high quality of operation in it to all participants - traders, consumers, mediators, administrators.

The design and interfaces of academy.nais.bg were taken care of by the wonderful Desislava Filipova, from Kipo. She responded perfectly to our demands, which we always show when it comes to meeting the expectations of our customers.

If you are a Bulgarian company and you want your users to seek dialogue with you first, when they are dissatisfied and not in a hurry to file a lawsuit or file complaints with government agencies, read the conditions for membership in NAIS or register here.
