Trader Leaders’ Guide: How can a trader register himself in the platform for solving trade-consumer disputes - nais.bg?

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) enables traders to negotiate with their customers on their complaints with the help of a third, independent and impartial body- ADR body. A consumer can file a complaint against a trader in nais.bg online platform, regardless of whether the latter is registered in it or not.

NAIS advises traders to register themselves and inform their customers that they can file complaints in nais.bg, as well as negotiate with them directly or with the assistance of a third independent, neutral and impartial person, a mediator. If a complaint is received on the platform against a trader, he receives a message about it.
