The members of the National Association for Out-of-court Settlements (NAIS) are regular and associate.

The regular members have the right to vote and are:

  • Consumer organisations and/or consumer rights protection organization in the Chamber of Consumers;
  • Mediators’ organisations or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) organisations which are in the Chamber of Mediators;
  • Traders and traders’ organisations who are in the Chamber of Traders.

The associate members are traders and other suppliers of goods and/or services in the Chamber of Traders and are without voting rights. The clients of associate members may submit complaints at the ADR Centre of NAIS.
